These guys are crooks. They have the ability and knowledge to run a good school, but have found out how easy it is to deceive students. DO NOT give them cash or bank check. Use VISA or AM EXP so you have a little protection. Once you pay them, you are at the mercy of their interpretation and they can be quite colorful with explanations.
Basically when Bond was evicted, they moved in and took his place.
