Why will the roll capability of an aircraft INCREASE with a DECREASE in Gross Weight? Roll capability is a function of AoA (i.e a lower AoA increases roll capability) but why?
what do you mean by "roll capability" roll rate? roll inertia

roll rate is a function of wingspan and airspeed

2. Why will a swept wing INCREASE the amount of roll induced by rudder inputs?
well, for a straight winged airplane yawing causes rolling because one wing is made to go faster thereby increasing lift one one side causing rolling...with sweep-back the same thing occurs and an unbalance in Cl and 'V' are present, also with a swept wing in a steady side slip the effective aspect ratio changes between the inner and outer wing resulting in an unbalanced Cl, again this affects rolling moment...
