The Union tell the members when they think they have deal worth signing
Like last time when they
asked for a staggering 3% payrise (with offsets to make it cost neutral of course) because "that's the company policy". WTF?! Since when do they work for the company?
I like how they pull out the "the union just does what the members ask" when yet another crap deal gets presented, but if you start making suggestions they pull out the "you won't get that so we aren't going to ask for it, we are skilled negotiators".
