Unfortunately I don't know of any books UK specific...... but a manoeuvre (US) is a maneuver (UK) whatever the language!!!
You may want to get further information about the R22 Training Guide from
Helicopters Only under the training section.
Alternatively the US
Practical Test Standards Private & Commercial for Rotorcraft/Helicopter is published by ASA it outlines all the individual maneuvers that must be performed and to what standard.
