's if people stay or go as long as CTC keep pumping out cadets who will accept whatever comes their way - and with the debts they have, who can blame them.
It is a real shame because there is plenty that is good about easyjet and it really could offer a long term career path from junior F/O to senior Captain, but our paymasters have absolutely no interest in such an idea.
