As always there's a lesson in this for all of us. There will come a time in all our careers where a situation will arise that will exceed either our or our aircrafts ability. The trick is to call it quits before the situation turns into an incident/accident. The go-around is the most obvious example I can think of. It's only by the good grace of God that I've managed to drag my backside out if some situations that I should never have been in in the first place. I was lucky. This chap wasn't.
