The company knows it is on a good thing, great route network, very cost effective aircraft, no serious competition and a compliant spineless workforce. Why would they offer more than 3%?
Stand up for yourselves, the company is virtually on its knees in terms of crewing, its embroiled in other industrial action(engineers) and has the very real threat of significant pilot numbers walking out to join Skywest/VB on probably better T&C.
Each EBA you guys go through the same motions make the same noises and end up taking the same 3% for offsets.
Get serious!
