I do share your disappointment. These tests are highly demanding and the bottom line of these kinds of selection processes are unfortunately often partly subjective.
We all are more or less suffering from the sharpness of aviation, from the effects of succeeding crisis and so on ... Do not forget your objectives and if flying is your passion, try to find an other way to go and touch the sky on a regular basis. You could become a flight instructor for instance or try to fly as an aerial work pilot... It is not as flying a jetliner with many passengers on board of course, but it nonetheless enable to fly !
