annual increment of 3% on the basic only(wich means around..250..U$) AND for the first 5 years ONLY in your respective grade.
2- End of service Benefit : 3 weeks of your last monthly basic salary for each year of service, becoming 4 weeks after 5 years of service.
To make it simple if you stay here for 10 years: you will get around ...70.000U$ as gratuity.
3-NO pension.
4-If you home currency is not the U$ you will always be exposed to the volatility of the exchange rate market ( as the Q.R is peg to the U$).
