Just had a look at various e-tickets from the last year
Thomson, Air Malta, Lufthansa, FlyBe all have a ...

That said Air Malta have sent a flight amendment for a 10
minute schedule change in July already.
Personally, it's got to be prudent to check? You do with trains etc...
