the EK A/C involved is a T7 ?
there are no sliding windows on the T7 ?
anyway , why not calling if they were not sure of the clearance ???
simple common sense ... can be used to avoid delay , grounding of an A/C , hard times for Engineers and a useless loss of time and money.
any procedure in a similar case ?
