Not sure about the connection with the staish at Khormaksar, though its a diiferent surname.
The SRAFO Belize could have been Bob Iveson who was a Sqn Ldr Harrier pilot during the Falklands War (1982). His father was a wartime pilot so most likely there is a connection.
