Yes NorthSouth I think it would be a tough decision to remove all the Doncaster CAS, however the original application was a bit overambitious and called for full connectivity in all directions. A proportional response could be to withdraw 50% of the airspace or release it by NOTAM on a long term basis until things do pick up (I'm sure things will eventually improve).
