Take home pay is as advertised, although I don't believe anyone has received the end of contract bonus as of yet. A couple of the original pilots here just finished their initial contract. Hopefully they will be getting the bonus soon.
BCA expects you to fly 80 hrs per month, every month. To that end, and the fact that they do calender months and not "30 day windows", they want you to take your vacation over the end of a month. So instead of 6/2, it is 45 days/15 days. Same Same.
BCA and Spring are both "sniping" Chinese pilots from other Chinese carriers. I have flown with half a dozen. Rumor has it that a couple of expats are coming from Spring, but I cannot confirm that yet.
