Beijing Capitals new pay
Beings us pilots never run into each other in the airport any more, can someone that is currently flying for Beijing Capital please PM me. I am currently a captain on the A320 with another airline in china and would like to change airlines.
I know about the release letter but am more interested in actual take home pay, do you actually get the 2 weeks off after your 6 weeks on, ability to get overtime, will they allow you to choose Guangzhou as a base, has anyone switched to BC from another Chinese carrier and any other information that you may have.
