1-policy min 3 years ,but plan on 7 years min EK has 150 A/C now and the plan is 250 by 2020, 2500 pilots now need atotal of 4000 to crew 250A/C
2-its the middle east there is no US style of living
3-why come to the ME to have your wife work, some do and the pay and working conditions are not great
4-not much and some of that time is half awake, right now 330 10days off and 85 hours 777 14 days off 95+
5-good as far as I have seen
6-high school , company pays 52 , DAA 65 and ASD 75 +
7-Good for the most part
8-plan to get shafted at leats 3 out of 5 months IE all but 2nd top, even in your top month many many guys not getting whatthey bid for
