The airport fees are moderately pricey as I recall, but there's no need for a handling agent
Handling is mandatory at EBAW Antwerp. And I suppose the same applies to EBCI and EBLG. OTOH several fields have very modest rates, 5€ at EBKH and at EBHN - both admittedly simple grass runways. Of course we don't even think of EBBR - I once heard a landing fee of some 400€ mentioned...
