Navigation Lights : When An Aircraft is On ( preparing for a flight or a maintenance crew working on it etc..)

Beacon Lights : Aircraft in operation , (start up , Push back , taxi , etc..)

STROBE LIGHTS : AIRCRAFT IS FLYING
