Sorry to say but if you are going to work commercially in the aviation industry you are going to have to improve your english if that is weak.

Several incidents involving poorly spoken or poorly understood instructions over the past few years have led the authorities to clamp down on RT discipline and standard english by introducing the language level proficiency at ATPL level.

As someone who speaks more than one language I can understand the difficulties but I would suggest that you continue with your day job, pay off the debt and improve your spoken english. It will assist you greatly in the future and open up your choice of employer.
