There´s always going to be fakes, cheats, frauds, and imposters. Some will get caught, some won´t, but hopefully most will.

There´s also a difference between embellishing your flight attendant career to sound important, because that just makes you a DB or a tool, and lying on a resume/logbook to get a job. And that is stealing from the opportunities of others who worked hard and honest to get where they are.

I still think DBs like Tim Martins shouldn´t be flying. He was a real life FO at American Eagle, but claimed to be an F16 pilot, NYFD volunteer firefighter, deepsea diver, Southwest Airlines 737 instructor, American Eagle hiring staff, NTSB crash investigator, volunteers for habitat for hummanity, claimed to have been furloughed by another regional airline where he never actually worked, US Air Force Academy Graduate, and claimed to have graduated to from aviation college.

The Koreans have a saying, ¨those who have a long tail will eventually step on it themselves¨
