Not a Scheibe mate!
As it's getting quite late in Berlin, I'll throw in a little cryptic clue!
The manufacturer/co-designer sounds like a German aero-engine made of Tungsten (but shortened a little)
Edited to say it's not that second one you added either, BUT part of the latter, did have a connection with this ones maker, but not on this particular one! Clear as mud innit
