Hi guys. Besides the minimum hours, time in type and the 30 tons rule, do they use any other criteria to call people for the interview? For example, are single guys preferred to married guys who have kids? My question arises because I have been shortlisted twice in the past 15 months but I was never called for an interview, meanwhile a friend of mine (single) applied in June and interviewed in November and a friend of a friend interviewed within 4 weeks of applying in 2010 (married, no kids). Just a little thought I had on why I don't get called to interview. thanks!
