Presumably you have already got your I-20 and visa interview underway and TSA application in progress. You can (and should do your own TSA submission)

Yep, completed all these steps, just need the fingerprints done. The FTO instructions are quite clear about leaving the fingerprints until I arrive, but I'll check with them to see if they confirm a delay may arise.
