Mr Wooby, The situation you describe can be managed by ATC if required. It happens overseas, I have even seen an ILS down to 400 ft that serves 2 airports.
Maybe a departure from EN on 08 rather than 26 is a better alternative when 34 at ML is in use, or other tracks for QF and
VB onto 34.
Sure there will be some delays to EN traffic and the odd delay for ML 34 arrivals.
You may be interested to know that a USAF C141 departed EN for Hickam AFB on 26 many years ago when 34 was in use at ML.
I remember hearing the departure clearance being 'make left climbing turn to ML omni with maximum rate of climb to 3,000 ft due noise considerations. Expect direct ML Omni to Hickam.
