ie8 crashing (Windows XP SP3)

1) I know - but I have to us it to check web pages I have constructed

Now, having got that over with, it has been crashing regularly at page open with a fault in TBZON1.dll. I have solved the problem by renaming this file (in the ZA folder) but anyone know what it is supposed to do in the first place?

Edit to add history (and the dawn of realisation): After the first episode of crashing, I reinstalled ie8 with no change. I have now been able to enter the programme and disable the ZA 'toolbar' which I assume is what the file is for (cannot imagine why I 'activated' it in the first place!)

Now with the toolbar dead, I have restored the filename to original and all is well.

I'll leave this here 'for info' in case.
