Addressee copy and paste with Outlook 2010

With Outlook 2007 and prior, highlighting and copying an addressee name from an e-mail allowed it to be pasted in any document with the same format. So, copy "Joe Bloggs" and on pasting you got "Joe Bloggs".

With Outlook 2010 however (whether by coincidence or not on Windows 7 instead of XP), I also get the mail address; copy "Joe Bloggs" from an e-mail and on pasting in a document I get "Joe Blogs <[email protected]>".

I am sure the setting in question is obvious, but I still can't find it!

Some help please to return my sanity because working for a global company with colleagues that have long and complex names, often with accents not easily typed without changing language settings*, this is a technique I use frequently.

I use the excellent Autohotkey to shortcut the common ones but that's outside the scope of this post.
