Cabin service director role ( CSD )
From my experience at QR. when I was there sometime ago, I found that the cabin crew in general can be very friendly or not so friendly when the CSD in charge of the c.c. , sets the tone and the attitude of how they should deal with the flt. deck crew at the briefing room before flight.
And , having said that , I did not personally had to make many complains of the services furnished to us during the flight , but in general that what I think to be the problem.
