It was once suggested to me that much of Herr Flicks money was from Russian sources, and that the new govt was less "Russian friendly," hence the recent "turbulence".
If this is indeed the case, the shares shebang sounds a bit like just shuffling money around/trying to put it offshore.
How it will affect the future ? if I could answer that I wouldn't be wasting my time here
