Get a life my friend, coz if you want to pick on these issues, trust me, you'll be suicidal very soon. Yeah i agree with you that some things arent fair, but just remember one thing. All these managements that we have will one day lose their positions and they have no friends to fall unto. Let them enjoy their time while it lasts.............
