Jig Peter, Don't overestimate the capabilities of the rest of us on here. Whilst I'm sure there are a few here who can put the British Library to shame and have computers which dim their town's lights when they fire them up, There must be others like me who have a go with nothing more than G**gle for searching and M*cr*s*ft Paint for editing something they choose to post. If you do get to post a challenge and are put off by the silhouetting, send a private message to Lightning Mate and ask him nicely and he will probably silhouette your chosen image for you.
Its pretty rare when something comes up that I know straight away. Its usually a case of typing in a few distinguishing features from the silhouette into G**gle and trawling through until something promising comes up. Aerofiles, Aviastar and Aviafrance are always good places to go hunting.
Time is the main requirement, and Mrs Mechta tells me I use up far to much of it Ppruning, but that's another matter.
