I'm not so sure Flybe would explode onto the scene with quite such a large amount of rotations/routes, but it's a lovely thought. Would love to see it happen myself. Not so sure about ABZ working? EDI, MAN and LGW would definitely be popular.
As for a/c type an E195 would fill no problem on a LGW route and then a Dash 8 for the other routes.
