Ohh.. interesting on 2 counts!
1. I have heard that some people do not progress past the Personality test? But hopefully it isn't pass/fail as that'd put be closer than I think to success!
2. I didn't realise there was a career test between 2 and 3, I presume this is where they decide if you would be Area or Aerodrome?
