At EK you will have 42 days of leave in your contract. Since EK doesn't respect your contract you will be left with 30 days of leave (minimum U.A.E regulation).
You don't get any credit for your days of leave, which mean they are now guaranteed days off (would that count as an other breach of contract?). Meaning you have for example 7 days of "leave" in a month that will get you 0 hours of credit, your days off will be reduced to approximately to 6 or 7 days, and you will fly 70 hours plus in that month. That's the EK definition of leave
