RWY21 has very high terrain on the approach and a steep approach angle. RYR aircraft are allowed to fly that approach in daytime VMC only, and the captain must fly the approach. We have five or six pages of briefing from the company on how to fly it, all using raw data ie no LNAV or VNAV. I have not flown into 21 yet but I am flying in there tomorrow and the TAF looks like a westerly wind so we will see.
