Yes, someone calling themselves "IPCC" registered then posted the diatribe copied here by TC. I advised them to state what authority they had and to contact a moderator so appropriate action could be taken.
It obviously was taken - the post disappeared.
I did wonder if were in UK, or China/North Korea.
