Sorry mate, thought there was a route map on that site. Layovers as said before are Africa (Casablanca, Jo Berg, Durban, Lagos, Tripoli, Tunis, Dakar, Dar es salaam). Then as I said add Malta, Venice, Milan (340), Rome, Nice, Peking (340), Newcastle, Prague, Dusseldorf and Munich.
The majority of flying will be turns, India, Pakistan Middle East, and most of them at night.
Hope that explains it a bit better.

PS. I think the layovers would be the very minor bit of your decision making to come over to the Middle East. I would hope Career progression, contract stability, Upgrade policies etc etc would take precedence over which hotels you stay in. Lots of info on this site on what its like over here
