When CPH started, it was a quite different situation because the company entered into an agreement regulating CPH operations under the pilots agreement. Contract pilots was granted permanent contracts after their 6 month contract period according to a agreement with the pilot union. For HEL base no such agreement exists and will prevent any transfer from contract to permanent employment.
Just want to say, a lot of ex Sterling Captains didenīt got any permanent employment or contractīs in 2009 after 6 month contract, eventhough there where promised an employemet. The only one who got employed was them that had contactīs in the management.
After 6 month contract, no sound from the management..

So those pilots who have a job, and are thinking of a contract with Norwegian for 6 month, hoping for an employement, think twice - Maybe itīs better to stay where you are than get unemployed...

Norwegian is a god company to work for, but thay dont care about you after 6 monthīs if you dont have any contactīs inside.

God luck..
