What I would like to know is, how does Essendon operate on 08/26 when Tullmarine is operating on 16/34? For example with a northerly wind ML traffic maintains 2500 till over EN then commences a descending turn for 34 ML. If EN has departures of 26 then surely an a/c climbing out of 26 would conlict with an a/c descending directly overhead. It is just plain stupiduty for someone to buy Essendon airport and think they can operate with only one runway with ML so close.
