HERE IS THE STORY------
aviation in india is blossoming, there are not enough QUALIFIED' pilots so when the need is great all sorts of rules and regs vanish and/or get changed to suit lol, ex-pats flourish, young dime a dozen pilots fall by the wayside, the older indian capts get whatever they want, and life goes merrily on, until the next downturn comes along then ex-pats are personna non grata, old indian pilots get fired for the slightest mishap, and the poor young pilots are again ******,
