I think you`ll find that when the smoke has cleared and that those pilots who have ben recalled and accepted/declined the offer, the hiring will begin, and the terms will certainly not be as mentioned here (= old terms). I`ll take a guess at the new ones being in the ballpark of LT/WF figures (salary) and a typerating to go along with it
. But, of course, time will tell.
