Rosta Patterns

I am interested in receiving any information on rosta patterns from airlines who fly longhaul out of London. I currently fly shorthall routes and the 5 to 6 night hotel living is becoming somewhat demoralising and my child is forgetting what I look like. PLEASE HELP!!!!
