2. T&Cs are always up for negotiation, and can thus fall either way.
If things were the other way around, that airlines were sending company representatives to the flightschools for recruitment (and not P2F scams), then that would surely indicate a true pilot shortage as they could not easily fill seats 0A and 0B.
