The contracts for HEL base are not similar to what happened in CPH. HEL operation is planned as a stand alone operation totally separated from Norwegian in Norway,Sweden and Denmark. Meaning recruitment for permanent positions in the the mother company will still take place with no preference for HEL pilots to switch to permanent. HEL pilots will not be allowed in cockpit together with permanent pilots and no linetraining on the network in no/swe/dk network.
