one has options....that is not to accept this kind of conditions, because if one does, there will be soon no options at all..
It is a matter of self-worth and that is diminishing every-time one accepts an underpaid job in aviation. It will affect the ability to negotiate good jobs outside of aviation, should you one day get to that point.
Accepting bad terms to begin with is a very short-sighted solution with with long term bad consequences.
