Downloaded my iPhone version in HKG from my iPhone. I then transferred it to the iPad via iTunes on my Mac but I had to re-download the maps via iPad via wireless.
Try to Google Air Nav Pro and see what they say.
Forgot how I found it on my iPhone originally but it was no problem.
Just checked again. Go to the apps icon and go to search. Just type in 'air nav' and press go.
