Much ado about very little
I am pleased to see that this last post is not getting too many people excited as I reckon it is a bit of a non event. The Agreement will probably be still born and buried within the year.
The HP government is offering only the airspace and access to the helipads but apparently are not taking a share of the financial risk.
Mesco are going to be challenged as presumably they will be required to have the same machine in two different places serving two different ‘contracts’.
Simm Samm Airways are not believed to have any aircraft and are basically an agent.
