The name of a castle used by Richard the Lionheart in Cyprus which I admired when I lived there as a child. The castle itself is a great example of simple engineering, being (literally) built like a brick outhouse, but on the site is also the remains of one of the earliest sugar refineries.
Simple engineering when that was all that was required but some elements of high tech too - a bit like a training aircraft!
