foreign registerred aircraft which would like to fly to Bermuda.

The Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation (BDCA) is allowing additional time for operators of foreign-registered aircraft with mtows exceeding 12,500 pounds to implement the provisions in ICAO Annex 6.2.3, which includes requirements for a safety management system. Operators conducting flights to Bermuda now have until April 1 next year to comply with the requirements. NBAA and the International Business Aviation Council said it worked with regulators to gain this extension for foreign-registered aircraft.
