A TAAG Angola Airlines Boeing 777 apparently dropped several pieces of the aircraft onto Almada, Portugal while returning to Lisbon due to vibration in the right engine:

Several cars were damaged, but nobody was hurt.
TAAG was banned in the European Union from 2007 until this last March because of safety issues. In March the ban was lifted for some of its aircraft, including this 777.
Perhaps the ban was lifted prematurely.
