I know what you mean. I think these apps as an aid would be useful along with the reading etc. It's the convenience of it that is appealing I guess, you can get your phone out and do a few practice questions whilst your waiting for a train or something!
Exactly! I work on the roads, so some of the time i get 3 or 4 hours whilst waiting for works to be completed. So i use the time to study, this would be brilliant for revision
The PPL exams really aren't too bad. The books and a PPL confuser should be enough.
Aaah, the confuser! If only one could find one! (without paying £145+ Postage!) Still, the search continues
